Coming soon to Small City.

In spring 2023, I'm moving to Small City, in Petit-Lancy. It will be Switzerland's first center for services, commerce, crafts and industry, and will promote the creation of synergies between all local players.

This real estate project, designed to create bridges between producers and consumers through short circuits, respecting seasonality and waste sorting, is the fruit of a winning collaboration between Urban Project SA and Studio MEV.

One of the most striking examples is the supply of Switzerland's soon-to-be largest Food Court (2,000 m2 on the 6th floor) by the largest indoor market in French-speaking Switzerland (1,500 m2 on the first floor). The latter will source exclusively from local producers within a 30 km radius of Small City.
