Social networking by age group in Switzerland ✨????

According to the IGEM-Digimonitor 2024 study, which I read carefully, social networking behavior in Switzerland evolves according to age, and it's fascinating to see how each generation finds its preferred platform!

If you're between the ages of 15 and 24 ????????‍♀️, you'll probably recognize yourself as a user spending a lot of time on TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat. These really are the networks where young people express themselves and create new trends. ✨

On the other hand, if you're between the ages of 25 and 44 ????????‍????, you're probably more active on Facebook, LinkedIn or even Instagram, which remain sure-fire values for expanding your professional and personal network and places to share your life moments.

As for the over-45s ????????‍????, they're not to be outdone! Their presence on social networks continues to grow, but with slightly different choices: Facebook and WhatsApp are often preferred for keeping in touch.

What's also interesting is that generation gaps translate not only into platform preferences, but also into different attitudes to new technologies such as artificial intelligence. Younger people, in particular, are much more likely to be early adopters of digital innovations like ChatGPT and other emerging tools. I love these new tools, which make my job easier.

In short, whether you're a TikTokeur at heart or a fan of Facebook groups to share your vacation photos, there's a place for everyone in the digital world. ????
