Our mission

From a radio show in 2024 to a television series in 2026, *Quel Talent* has evolved into a TV show now airing on Carac television channels. This format highlights inspiring talents in Switzerland with a natural and authentic touch, a show produced and hosted by Amancio Luis Cougil, CEO of BB® Switzerland. From voice to image, a single ambition guides this project: to connect and celebrate the journeys that push boundaries, those that inspire and serve as role models in this country so rich in talent.

The actions

Based in Switzerland, Amancio Luis Cougil, founder of BB® Switzerland, is the creator of *Quel Talent* and has hosted the show since the project’s launch. Launched in May 2024 as a radio show, the program quickly found its audience, climbing into the Top 20 Swiss podcasts of its kind, before evolving into a television broadcast on carac TV in February 2026. The project is now also expanding into the broader digital sphere, extending its reach and strengthening its presence within the Swiss and international media landscape. The agency BB® Switzerland the entire brand creation for Quel Talent and its storytelling.

Since its launch in May 2024, Quel Talent has gradually established itself as a recognized media event, with a steadily growing audience and increased visibility thanks to its expansion into television.
