City of Lancy
Our mission
To best meet the expectations of Lancy’s residents, the City of Lancy entrusted us with a major project: to rethink its communication strategy to make it more effective, more consistent, and better aligned with residents’ needs. Our first step was to conduct an in-depth market study among the 15,000 households in Petit-Lancy and Grand-Lancy. This analysis allowed us to identify residents’ expectations and lay the groundwork for a comprehensive communication strategy, implemented through both online and offline initiatives. This collaboration, which began over 10 years ago with Amancio Luis Cougil, has grown over the years and continues today with new strategic and operational initiatives.
The actions
Our work covered a broad spectrum of communication, ranging from strategic planning to the practical implementation of initiatives. We began by conducting a market study among Lancy’s 15,000 households, developing the survey’s key themes, designing the questionnaires, and analyzing the results to derive specific recommendations. Based on this, we conducted an in-depth analysis and defined a strategic action plan aimed at optimizing the City of Lancy’s communication, both online and offline. As part of this effort, we completely redesigned the visual communication strategy for the City of Lancy’s Public Works, Parks, and Sanitation Department (EVEP). We also launched and managed their social media accounts for 18 months, engaging the community, producing content, and interacting with residents. To amplify the impact of digital communication, we ran campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, thereby maximizing visibility and public engagement. Our team handled community management during flagship events such as the Lancy Cliff Diving, producing and sharing videos on social media to amplify their reach. Recognizing the importance of sustainable and self-sufficient communication, we also trained the City’s teams and new employees in social media management, equipping them with the tools to optimize their online presence.
Results
Thanks to this long-standing partnership, the City of Lancy now benefits from a modern, structured, and effective communications strategy that meets the expectations of its residents.
